The museum is located in the village of Morens (canton Fribourg), close to the heart of the Payerne airbase.

Very easy to access, the museum offers its visitors a wonderful view onto the runway and an access to the taxiway. Visitors can watch and photography the taking-offs and landings of F/A-18 Hornets, F-5 Tigers, Super Pumas, EC635 and more from the terraces of the museum.

The building area is around 3500 m2. At least nine planes and two helicopter can be exhibited.
