A team of enthusiasts from the Clin d’Ailes Museum set to work to provide you with an unparalleled flying experience.
After 3 years of preparation and hard work, interrupted by the arrival of Covid-19, this unique simulator was born at the Clin d’Ailes Museum.
With a little experience in simulator flight (if necessary, you can get this for free on our PC-7 simulator), we suggest you sit down in the cockpit of a McDonnell Douglas F / A-18 Hornet. You will be accompanied by an experienced moderator. If you take control of this aircraft, which is currently operated by the Swiss Air Force, you will quickly appreciate its excellent capabilities.
You have the possibility to intercept other civil or military aircraft or to accompany the formation of the virtual “Patrouille Suisse”. For the more experienced, an aircraft carrier is awaiting you in the Mediterranean Sea to catapult you from 0 to 250 km / h at less than 100 m. The hardest part is yet to come. The landing, slowed down by one of the 4 cables stretched on the aircraft carrier…

PILATUS PC-7 TURBO-TRAINER
The PC-7 is a two-seater “Turbo Trainer” utilized in the training of modern military pilots. As an initial training aircraft, the PC-7 introduces trainees to aerobatic flight and instrument navigation (IFR). Today the PC-7 is counted as one of the most advanced aircraft world-wide within the category of aircraft trainers. Since 1982 these aircraft have been operated by the Swiss Air Force pilot school.

FLIGHT SIMULATOR CENTER (FSC)
The Flight Simulator Center is installed in a glass cabin. An opening to the front allows museum visitors to see the inside. It is equipped with two simulation stations equipped with orientation trackers to follow head movements in the simulation, game controllers among the most accurate on the market, 5 screens and an adequate sound system.
A unique opportunity to experience a virtual flight on a semi-professional level.
