MUSEUM DESCRIPTION

The Museum is located in the municipality of Estavayer-le-Lac, in the village of Morens, next to the nerve centre of the Payerne Air Base.

Easily accessible, it offers its visitors a breathtaking view of the runway and access to the taxiway allowing the use of aircraft. Visitors can follow and photograph the engagements of the F/A-18 Hornet, F-5 Tiger, Super Puma, EC635, etc. from the Museum’s terraces.

BUILDING

The building’s surface area is approximately 3,500 m2, allowing nine aircraft and two helicopters to be displayed.
